We offer store credit, but we do not offer refunds. No Exceptions.
Willow and Roan gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached for store credit in the form of a gift card (you can use this store credit to purchase a new size or different style).
We do not hold sizes for exchanges. You must use your store credit to purchase a new size or different style.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment.
Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at.
Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit, but if you are exchanging for another size or style, we will cover that shipping cost.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage.
If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
CLEARANCE OR ACCESSORY SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN. The customer is responsible for this reshipping fee.
**SEZZLE CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If there is an issue with an order and you wish to return, we will issue a store credit like we would upon receiving the item. You will finish out your payment plan with Sezzle.
All U.S. orders over $75 will receive FREE shipping. Return shipping is at the customers expense.
For orders under $75, we offer Flat Rate Shipping for only $7. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 4 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to email@example.com. Please include the order number in the subject line.
